Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application to participate as a Karma Hot Yoga partner organization, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Donation Structure
   All funds raised during the designated Karma Hot Yoga period will be donated to the selected organization. A minimum donation of $5 per participant per class applies.

2. Payment Timeline
   Donations will be issued to the selected organization by cheque within 30 days following the end of the designated fundraising period.

3. Eligibility & Participation
   Approved organizations may participate once per calendar year. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

4. Selection Process
   Organizations are selected at the sole discretion of the studio. Preference will be given to organizations whose mission, values, and community impact align with those of Studio One.

5. Communication
   All official communication regarding your application and participation will be conducted via email by an authorized Studio One representative. Studio One will not initiate contact through social media platforms regarding application status.

6. Application Accuracy
   Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete. Incomplete or misleading applications may result in disqualification.

7. Use of Funds
   Selected organizations agree that funds received will be used solely in support of their stated mission and programs.

8. Modifications & Cancellations
   Studio One reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
